Membership Authorization
By enrolling in a Solid Gold VIP Car Wash Membership, you authorize Solid Gold VIP Car Wash to automatically charge your credit card each month until the membership is cancelled or terminated.
Membership Billing and Usage
Your VIP Membership includes one wash per day during each monthly billing cycle. Charges will occur automatically on your renewal date. You will not receive advance notice of monthly charges unless the billing date or amount changes. If a change occurs, at least 30 days’ notice will be provided prior to the next charge.
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your membership, you must visit the wash in person. Cancellations must be completed at least 72 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid additional charges.
- We do not accept cancellations by email or phone.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods. Third-party cancellations are not accepted.
Vehicle and Membership Rules
- Each membership applies to one vehicle only. Secondary vehicles may be added on-site at a 20% discount.
- Secondary vehicle discounts may not apply to fleet or corporate accounts, which are priced separately under individual fleet agreements.
- Memberships cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes, or gift cards. Memberships may be transferred to a new vehicle once notice is provided to Solid Gold VIP Car Wash.
- Solid Gold VIP Car Wash reserves the right to terminate a membership.
Wash Availability
Solid Gold VIP Car Wash reserves the right to temporarily close the wash due to severe weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, or facility upgrades.
Program Changes
Solid Gold VIP Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel the membership program or its terms at any time.
Electronic Communications Consent
By providing your email address and phone number and accepting these terms, you consent to receive electronic communications from Solid Gold VIP Car Wash. These communications may include billing notices, service updates, agreements, or other membership-related information.
Promotions and Special Offers
Each promotion, discount, or special offer may include its own specific terms and conditions. Offer-specific terms take precedence over these general terms.
Gift Card Policy
- Gift cards may be used for single washes, wash books, or merchandise/apparel purchases.
- Gift cards cannot be applied to memberships, monthly billing, or converted into account credit for active members.
- If you are currently a member, using a gift card will not reduce recurring charges or alter your billing cycle.
